To reschedule OR cancel your session, click on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in your initial studio session confirmation email. You are also welcome to call/text (580) 308-7070 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment, or your 50% deposit will be forfeited. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, you may cancel your appointment in under 24 hours with good reason and have your deposit credited towards your next session. This is required to prevent loss of time and money for the studio when other artists could have booked that session spot.
Time lost due to a late arrival will be taken out of your scheduled studio time.
